We are here to advise litigants on their legal issues and assist them to draft their legal documents correctly to avoid any future legal problems.
Advocate Online is equally beneficial for Lawyers, they can reach their clients by showing their expertise, practice area and full professional Profile. Advocate Online will also take care of all the personal details of the lawyer and clients; only the necessary details are public on the website.
How does it work?
Advocate Online is a platform that connects lawyers and the litigant. So we have ways for both as under:
For Lawyer:
Any Lawyer/ Advocate who has the license to practice law from any Bar council of Pakistan can register himself/herself at Advocate Online by Submitting the Registration Form.
Any lawyer can also write blogs and Articles on legal issues or law-related matters. Advocate Online will publish it on the website which could enhance their professional profile and writing abilities so the client could better know the expertise of the lawyer.
Any Lawyer can send their written Articles and blog through Email. Articles and blogs should comply with the Rules For Blogs.
For Client:
Any litigant can fill out the Client Form and register as a client at Advocate Online. This information helps us to know about the client for better assistance.
When do I need Legal Advice/Service?
If you have any kind of legal issue or you want to draft some legal documents for any right and obligation a legal consultation session is essential.
When you are stuck in any legal matter or you just want to make your necessary documents be drafted correctly or if you need to know the consequences of any legal matter, an expert lawyer is the only one who can advise you effectively.
How can I get Legal Advice/Services?
You can get legal advice by submitting the Appointment Form on the website. You can either choose a lawyer or you can contact us by message on WhatsApp number on the website, we choose the best lawyer according to your issue.
We arrange the consultation session with your lawyer as per the availability of that lawyer.
Why do I have to pay the Consultation fee of a Lawyer in advance?
We have experienced lawyers with us from all over Pakistan. You can check their consultation fee mentioned in their professional profile.
We are working for both, the lawyer and the client. So, we have to protect both interests. Therefore, clients have to pay consultation fees in advance.
The consultation fee that any client pay, is kept in the custody of the website until the consultation session has been completed. Once we got the review of the client about the consultation session and a satisfactory response from the client, the consultation fee has been transferred to the lawyer.
How can I get an appointment with a relevant Lawyer?
You can simply go to the Find Lawyer page and select the lawyer of your choice and relevant to your issue.
Once you choose your lawyer, you click on the Appointment Form and submit the appointment form as per the directions.
On appointment form submission further process is taken by the website management and inform you if the lawyer is available for the time slot you selected for the consultation session or not.
After the process, the client is asked to submit the consultation fee if the lawyer is available for a consultation session.
Or you can contact us on the WhatsApp number of the website.
What is the procedure for payment of a consultation fee?
You can submit the consultation fee of any lawyer by any source as under:
1) EasyPaisa/ Jazz cash
2) Through any scheduled bank account.
Do I have to agree to Advocate Online’s terms and conditions/Privacy Policy?
If you want to avail of any service from this platform you have to agree with all terms and conditions.
Whether you are a lawyer or a client, if you use this website service in any manner it is considered as you agree to the terms and conditions of this website.
Any violation of terms and conditions or misuse of the website links may result in legal consequences.
